It’s About You
Movement | Mindfulness | Community
I use yogic practices including asana, pranayama, and meditation with philosophy, Ayurveda, modern psychology, and movement-based practices to encourage community, curiosity, self-discovery, and empowerment.
Movement sessions with me are intentionally designed experiences to recharge, explore, play, pray, and be. See the Experience page for opportunities to engage.

Appreciation
The wisdom and potency of the ancient systems of Yoga and Ayurveda remain prescient in the modern day as an eternally evolving tree of lineages that emerged thousands of years ago from the Indian Subcontinent. Infinite gratitude to the many teachers who have so expertly and generously guided my path thus far, and the many more who will continue to do so. I aspire to honor the traditions and remain perpetually reverent while being relevant for a 21st century Western audience.
