  • About: Today's class focuses on Dirga Pranayama - translated as the "Complete Breath" but commonly known as three-part breath. This is an amazing technique for not only training oneself to breathe deeply and rhythmically, but also to ground, calm, energize, and stabilize. The remaining class consists of gentle full body movements to leave you feeling recharged and grounded.

  • Recommended Props: 1 Blanket, 2 Blocks
