Class Details

  • About: In today's class, we're taking a quick detour from our theme of "listening to the body". Instead, Dan will guide you through a post-hike practice to open up the parts of the body that tend to get hike after a long day in the woods.

    What gets tight? Mostly everything. Who can this benefit? Hikers, walkers, runners, joggers, bikers, weight lifters, and even those who sit a lot. In short, it's a great class to get into the body and feel great.

  • Length: ~55 minutes

  • Recommended Props: 1 Blanket, 2 Blocks
