Creating Stillness (Gentle Yoga)

Class Details

  • About: How does one hear to the body's wisdom when there is so much else calling our attention? Through active, conscious, and deliberate quieting. This class is a gentle exploration of movement which provides a setting for relaxation and rooting into silence. You're invited to take some time to move, stretch, and release. Through diving into quiet spaces, you may be surprised by what you find. That said, what obstacles do you face in creating quiet? Have you ever received wisdom through creating deliberate stillness?
