Reconnecting to the Body (Flow)

Class Details

  • About: What do you do when you get so caught up with stressors that you just can't deal anymore? Do you fight harder and grind yourself into exhaustion? Do you go aloof and drift into apathy? Do you get consumed into anxiety?

We know it's easier said than done, but how about taking a step back to get some perspective? By tapping into the body the mind has something to focus on other than stressors, and thereby can enter into a place of stillness...or at least perspective.

You're invited to take some time to root into your body. This is an all-levels yoga flow with the intention of breathing deeply, moving freely, and enjoying a personal staycation.
