    Yin yoga is a modality where practitioners learn how to control time. In one way, deep breathing and complete absorption into sensation allows minutes to pass like mere moments. On the other hand, that same relaxed focus can make the shortest of moments seem stretched, silent, and profound. It’s the strangeness of time and our perception of it – and all this from relaxing into a stretch.
